• Coordinate with Product Marketing for initial feature briefing prior to rollout for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Business PM to understand feature logic
• Oversee issue collection and troubleshooting, ensuring awareness of feature logic to classify issues as logic or non-logic related, and provide initial diagnostics for troubleshooting.
• Follow up with tech teams to identify root causes and fix issues promptly.
• Propose mitigation plans or temporary solutions while awaiting issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders for issue alerts and updates.
• Identify potential critical system problems through early signs, quickly gauge the business impact of issues to prioritize resolutions effectively and take proactive measures
• Allocate tasks effectively among team members based on skill sets and project needs.
• Manage team performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and reporting on performance metrics.
• Develop team members through coaching, training, and providing growth opportunities.

Must have:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Engineering.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, along with strong problem-solving abilities to collaborate effectively with teams and convey ideas clearly.
• Show the ability to work effectively under pressure, focusing on shared goals.
• Display a keen business sense, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Have at least 3 years of working experience in Product Support, Technical Support, IT Support, or Customer Service.

Nice to have:

• Demonstrate a background in project management and successful project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of SQL & Microsoft Office, especially Excel for complex data interaction and insights.
