JOB DESCRIPTION

• Human resource management for project outsourcing in the Global, Japan markets
•  Control to ensure the progress and quality of project implementation according to the plan
• Control request changes
• Perform the work of acceptance and deployment to put products into use

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience as PM (IT Software)
• Have knowledge of process development software: coding, testing, delivery, uat ...
• Have experience, and knowledge about Scrum, Agile
• Proficient use of tools for project management: Jira, Trello, ...
• Have skills: communicate, leading, coaching, hiring, and cultivating/building teams are a plus
• Have a base IT is a plus
• Have problem-detection skills and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely)
