The successful candidate will oversee the below activities:
• In charge of building the strategic buying plan for the assigned category.
• Market research, historical data analysis.
• Monitor and analyze business performance.
• Merchandise allocation.
• Inventory Management.
• Plan and deliver merchandise to stores across Vietnam.
• Communicate with business partners in HQ.
Job Description
- Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends.
- Propose items to buy (style, type, design, quantity, etc) based on review and budget.
- Follow closely sales seasons, events, new arrivals of the market to optimize stock level.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentation of the brand when needed frequency.
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
- Monitor and apply various merchandising methods and ensure increase in productivity.
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
- Work closely with operation in order to receive new shipments.
- For retail: Manage product allocation to stores, and monitoring item replenishment in order to ensure products availability in stores.
- Master file management.
- Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Other: Support global procurement initiatives and deliver solutions to improve and streamline the processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- More than 3-year experience in international merchandising/ procurement.
- Working experience in Fashion / Sport Retail industry is a must.
- Knowledgeable in development and execution of procurement and procedures to a high standard as well as a basic knowledge of supplier relationship management process.
- Display excellent presentation and communication skills with a particular ability to influence and negotiate agreements with multiple stakeholders
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill to interact with all levels, both external and internal. Commitment and result driven are definitely a plus.
- Having good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

1.DỊCH VỤ CHUYỂN PHÁT NHANH
Đây là dịch vụ thông dụng nhất của công ty, khi khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ, thư từ, hàng hóa khách hàng gửi trong giờ hành chính ngày hôm trước thì sẽ nhận được trong giờ hành chính ngày hôm sau.Và giờ hành chính ngày hôm sau nữa đối với những địa chỉ xa trung tâm.
2.DỊCH VỤ HỎA TỐC:
Khi khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ chúng tôi sẽ phát thư từ hàng hóa của khách hàng tới tay người nhận trong vòng 2h kể từ khi khách hàng gửi (áp dụng cho khu vực nội thành ).
3.DỊCH VỤ PHÁT TRƯỚC 9:00 AM:
Đây là dịch vụ đặc biệt của công ty. Khi khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ thư từ, bưu phẩm khách hàng gửi trước 16h30 ngày hôm trước sẽ được phát trước 9h sáng ngày hôm sau.
4.DỊCH VỤ PHÁT TRƯỚC 12:00 AM:
Khi khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ thư từ, hàng hóa gửi trước 16h30 ngày hôm trước sẽ được phát trước 12h ngày hôm sau.
5.DỊCH VỤ PHÁT TRONG NGÀY:
Đây là dịch vụ dành cho những khách hàng có nhu cầu gửi tài liệu hàng hóa gấp từ Hà Nội đi HCM và ngược lại. Khách hàng gửi thư từ, hàng hóa trước 10h sáng thì sẽ nhận được sau 18h cùng ngày.
6. CÁC DỊCH VỤ CHUYỂN PHÁT THÔNG THƯỜNG KHÁC:
