ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic development team to build a high-quality B2B e-Commerce ecosystem using modern technologies in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

We are looking for Senior/Mid-Level Developers with solid experience in Frontend, Backend, or Fullstack roles.

Depending on your skillset and preference, you will take on one of these core development positions.

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

Frontend Developer:

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces with ReactJS
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and pixel-perfect UI
• Collaborate closely with backend developers and stakeholders for seamless system integration.

Backend Developer:

• Design and build robust backend services capable of handling large-scale data
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs using Node.js / Golang
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Fullstack Developer:

• Take ownership of both frontend and backend components
• Build end-to-end features from UI to data layers
• Common Responsibilities (All roles):
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Write unit tests and technical documentation
• Provide scalable technical solutions that improve business and operational performance
• Report to the Team Lead / CTO / Manager.

Required Job Skills

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant developer role (Frontend / Backend / Fullstack)
• Solid understanding of:
• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, responsive design
• Backend: Node.js, Golang, SQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL/Cassandra
• Experience with modern development tools and best practices
• Critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with: Zustand, Jotai, SSR, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of eCommerce/SaaS products, microservice architecture, caching mechanisms
• Experience with third-party integrations
• UI/UX familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch
• Previous work with CRM systems or chat applications is a big plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and scripting (Bash/YAML)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
