YOUR JOBS:
Admin tasks:
Coordinate with Accounting in payment process for suppliers, vendors.
Assist in Office Manager
Order and manage office supplies such as name-cards, stationaries, accessories, etc.
Follow up and manage office property maintenance
Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events
Manage meeting room bookings from other departments, and make sure rooms are tidy and well-prepared for all meetings.
Provide admin support to the team and departments
Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required
Front Office
Front desk support, (i.e. phone, voice-mail, fax, e-mail)
Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
Ensure all mail and/or deliveries are received and distributed in a timely manner

University/College Degree
Min 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role
Fluent in English communication
Pleasant personalities, good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, mature with an attention to detail is preferred.
Good understanding and knowledge in document control and management
Pro-active and highly resourceful
Abilities to multi-task and work independently
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications is highly preferredLaptop
