Job Objective:
To manage the company's overall human resources activities, ensuring an effective and transparent HR system, while successfully implementing strategic projects including corporate culture development, BSC/KPI system, and standardization of core HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
A. General HR Management (HR Generalist)
Organize and oversee day-to-day HR administrative operations such as timekeeping, labor contracts, employee records, and benefit policies.
Accurately manage and calculate payroll, bonuses, allowances, insurance, and other employee benefits in accordance with regulations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws across all HR policies, procedures, and decisions.
B. Corporate Culture Implementation
Develop and promote core values, cultural standards, and employee engagement activities.
Plan and execute internal communication, cultural training, and company events.
Measure the level of employee engagement and culture alignment, and propose improvements.
C. BSC/KPI System Development & Implementation
Collaborate with leadership and departments to build and implement the BSC system from company level down to departments and individuals.
Develop KPIs, measurement criteria, and organize regular performance evaluations.
Ensure the BSC/KPI system accurately reflects strategic goals and performance outcomes.
D. Standardization & Supervision of Core HR Processes
Design and standardize HR processes including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion, rewards/discipline, etc.
Ensure processes are transparent, easy to understand, practical, and legally compliant.
Train and supervise HR staff and departmental managers to properly follow established procedures.Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Manager or equivalent role.
Strong knowledge of BSC/KPI systems, corporate culture development, and end-to-end HR operations.
Excellent skills in team management, communication, training, and inspiration.
In-depth understanding of labor laws, with a systematic and results-oriented mindset.
