Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.

Công Ty Cổ Phần Transin Group là một công ty hậu cần toàn diện cung cấp “dịch vụ hậu cần tích hợp & tùy chỉnh” dựa trên mạng lưới hậu cần toàn quốc và quốc tế và lực lượng lao động giàu kinh nghiệm.
Được thành lập vào năm 2011 tại Hà Nội, văn phòng hiện là trụ sở chính, Transin đã mở chi nhánh đầu tiên tại TP.HCM vào năm 2014. Năm 2015 Transin bắt đầu hoạt động xuyên biên giới với Trung Quốc và chỉ một năm sau với Lào và Campuchia.
Công ty khởi nghiệp kinh doanh vận tải hàng hóa đường bộ chỉ với một đội xe tải nhỏ. Đến thời điểm hiện tại, Transin đang sở hữu đội xe gần 100 đầu xe, bao gồm xe tải hạng nhẹ, hạng nặng và xe container hoạt động trên mạng lưới rộng khắp cả nước với các đầu mối tại Hà Nội, TP HCM và các khu công nghiệp trên toàn quốc.
