- Prepare draft reports, certificates, proforma invoices
- Deliver final reports/certificates and VAT invoices to clients/affiliates or other parties after Manager's approval
- Collect all documents in Inspection files and conduct e-filing of documents before sending them to warehouse.
- Coordinate with the Invoicing team to clarify job information for chasing client payment, and bad debt.
- Conduct administrative jobs within the division.
- Support the CS team including but not limited to receive orders from clients, booking order to BOSS system, and preparing job instructions for the operation team.
- Conduct other duties as instructed by the Section Manager and or BU Manager

- 1 year or more in the field of import-export documentary, customer services, administration
- College graduate or above
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills: using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
- Good communication skills.
