• Supplier Development: Identify and establish relationships with new FOB suppliers while managing and optimizing existing supplier partnerships.
• Costing Management: Take full responsibility for timely costing, ensuring maximum targets are met and overseeing the order placement process from costing to pre-production sample approval.
• Documentation Control: Prepare and manage all paperwork related to Sales Confirmation of orders, Final Addendum of orders, and associated payments through systems.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Sourcing and Merchandise Manager regarding the status and outcomes of costing and sourcing efforts.
• Complaint Management: Address and resolve supplier complaints, particularly issues related to delays or defects post-production, including managing discounts and chargebacks.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Ensure effective communication with QA, QC, and production teams concerning any sourcing or costing issues.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department and General Manager.
