Mô tả công việc
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and legal documents to safeguard the legal interests of both clients and the company.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address identified legal risks and implement appropriate action plans.
- Engage with regulatory authorities and clients, including both domestic and international stakeholders.
- Manage compliance initiatives for corporate services, including the development and enforcement of business conduct standards and contract management policies.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
- Offer strategic legal research and advice to stakeholders on a broad range of legal and compliance matters.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Law and Lawyer Practice Certificate is required
- 3-5 years of experience in law, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
- Strong understanding of contract law, employment law, and corporate law.
- English must be very good in both speaking and writing, or equivalent to IELTS 6.0 ( Toeic 750) or higher.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, international and dynamic environment.
- A proactive problem-solver, capable of proposing legally sound and commercially viable solutions.
