The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative, logistics and project management duties and will assist the Chairman on a broad array of high-level and confidential matters. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Assist the Chairman in internal and external relations by following up on contacts made to cultivate ongoing relationships. Responsible for coordination of external public relations and assist in handling relevant business reception work. - Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Chairman including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. - Assist the Chairman to regularly review the company's important reports, contracts, documents and materials, etc. - Communicate and coordinate the work of relevant subsidiaries/departments of the Corporation on behalf of the Chairman. - Assist the Chairman to handle special projects and research. - Be responsive to time-sensitive matters and requests outside of regular office hours. Some travel might be required.

- Overseas study experience. Bachelor’s degree or higher - Age under 35, good appearance - At least 5 years of relevant working experience providing executive management support. Well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) & the ability to produce high quality documents. - Experience of organizing meetings involving VIP and high-level partner organizations, including the coordination of agendas, papers and briefings. - Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. - Excellent written and oral presentation skills with ability to present complex ideas in a readily comprehensible way. - Ability to recognize, prioritize and deal with important, confidential and sensitive information arriving by email, phone, or correspondence and to respond in a professional manner at all times. - Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
