We are looking for a candidate to join our Marketing and Growth team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, is keen on working with operational tasks, and comfortable with querying language for data extraction and visualization.
1. Data Operation (50%)

• Data Documentation Support: Collaborate with teams to create comprehensive data documentation and ensure accuracy to facilitate seamless data operations
• QC Data Tracking Support: Assist in quality control processes for data tracking, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Operational Support Tasks: Provide support in tracking and operating data-related processes, improve existing dashboards, reports, and data transformation

2. Analytics & Insight (50%)

• Work closely with User Growth team to understand business requirements and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Help Seniors identify and analyze trends, patterns, and insights through retrieved data.
• Use advanced SQL and Python, PySpark skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze, retrieve data for analysis, planning, data quality control.
• Develop and optimize queries and scripts to enhance data analysis efficiency
• Use Excel and other visualization tool (training will be provided) to visualize data for communicating between stakeholders.
