Mô tả Công việc

- Study testing manual & advise to Order Controller team or client.- Communicate with client to clarify test query & follow up. Instruct client the testing process from Clients. - Cooperate closely with inspection team if there are any requests relate to inspection service. Provide sampling details, BOM to inspection team so that they can pick up samples correctly.- Ready to support inspection team if they face any unclear/ problem during pick up samples .

- Sample breakdown & assign appropriate test item(s) of sample component(s).- Take sample photo.- Save & name sample photo- Be able to use several company softwares.- Input correct & updated report due-date into system

- Handle internal query on order status.- Clarify unclear point of testing manual or difficult situations with Key Account Manager/ Costco team from other SGS labs/ Costco buyer.- Deliver company service to client, always try to find the best solution to provide the best service to client.

- Able to satisfy client's need within scope of job.- Willing on handling a new request/ procedure.- Able to cooperate with others teams (ex: Lab, Reporting, Inspection, Sales) in order to safisfy client's requirement.

- Always need to update the status to client if receive any updating from Costco system for each TRF. And instruct client clearly the next step which they need to do.

- Able to deal with conflict and difficult situations independently- Able to work under high pressure and time management- Other duties upon requested

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University or above (Chemical or Textile/ garment industry)

Good communication skills (Listening to fully understand, Explanation clearly & easy to understand)

Fluently using English

Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Outlook, Power Point)

Able to work independently, as well as in team and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
