Working time: from Monday to Saturday Morning

Working location: 10th Floor, Lilama Office Building, no.56 To Huu street, Trung Van ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi.

II/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Sales Team
• Develop a business plan aligned with the company's revenue goals.
• Analyze business data, forecast market trends, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Manage relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Recruit, train, and assess the sales team.
• Evaluate and optimize sales processes to improve team performance.

III/ REQUIREMENTS

• Have 02 years experience in a similar position, or have at least 03 years of experience in Senior sales IT in the global market.
• Prior work experience in IT/ Technical in the global market is preferred
• Fluent in English: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to design and develop training programs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing and conflicting deadlines.
