Mô tả Công việc
Position Overview:
- The secretary acts as a contact interface and is an important connection between the Director and the entire company employee;
- Help Director in running and handling work in operating, arranging jobs, supervising compliance and reporting on activities and issues within the Company;
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange work schedules, meeting schedules, business schedules, organize meetings, record and summarize the content of meetings for Director to serve executive management;
- Draft documents, emails, prepare documents, collect necessary information at the request of Director;
- Contact relevant partners, customers, employees when required or incurred during the work;
- Receiving, sorting, arranging, processing information, documents from lawyers, departments and aggregates submitted to Director;
- Keep relevant document information and translate documents when required;
- Willing to go on business travel, work with non-office partners;
- Perform the work required by the Director;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications:
- Qualification: Graduated from the University of Foreign Trade, Foreign Language or Law;
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous;
- Proficient use of computers;
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese to compile documents; draft documents and interpret meetings; IELTS at least 6.5 or above;
- Ability to organize, deploy work independently, and manage time well;
- Having reporting skills; synthesize and update information;
- Good communication skills (with both Vietnamese and English); Able to communicate effectively internally with leadership and staff as well as effectively communicate with outside organizations and customers;
- Diligent, withstand high work pressure regardless of time;
- Having a mindset that captures the job well;
- Female candidate; good-looking appearance;
