Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize our entire supply chain operations across our holding company. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration of processes from procurement to distribution, driving efficiency, and maximizing value across our diverse portfolio of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company’s strategic objectives, enhancing overall operational effectiveness and competitiveness.
• End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, including planning, procurement, production, logistics, and distribution, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow.
• Performance Optimization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Foster strong collaboration across various departments, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and responsiveness to market demands.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, developing contingency plans to address potential disruptions and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Technology Integration: Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance supply chain visibility, improve decision-making processes, and optimize inventory management.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of senior management experience in supply chain operations, ideally within a holding company or multi-business environment.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain processes and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a talent for building and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
