The integrated marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding market and sellers and creators insights to contribute to the marketing strategy. This role will lead to the planning and execution of marketing activities, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints. The specialist will collaborate with various teams and manage budgets to meet business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Market and Audience Insights: Deeply understand the insights of shoppers, sellers, creators, and the overall market to contribute to the marketing annual plan and execution of the brand strategy
- Trend and Competitor Monitoring: Stay abreast of trends and competitor activities in the agile e-commerce landscape, and execute rapid responses to maintain competitiveness
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of marketing activities, including mega campaigns, TikTok Shopping Center campaigns, seller/creator programs, and CSR activities to build brand equity and meet business goals
- Brand Experience: Ensure a flawless brand experience across all touchpoints, delivering on time and in full.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate brand performance, recommending both ATL and BTL activities to ensure market success
- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with local teams (Campaign, Creator, Merchants, PR, Legal, GR, CSR), regional teams (Marketing, Product,..), and external parties (agency/media and news/ influencers) to ensure project deliverables
- Budget Management: Accountable for budget analysis and management
Minimum Qualification:
- Minimum 4 years in Marketing, with experience in Marketing, Communication, Partnership/Event Management or relevant fields
- Strong understanding of seller relationship management systems and the ability to analyze seller, creator behavior and preferences
- Excellent project management and execution skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, including timeline creation, budget management, and team coordination
- Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to measure marketing campaign success and inform future initiatives
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey marketing plans and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
