Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Social Planning & Project Management:
• Strategic planning for social media, social outreach and influencer channels: channel strategy, communication plan, content plan, community management guideline, crisis management.
• Manage the social projects and stakeholders. Be responsible for the quality and timing of the outcomes. Make sure the projects deliver smoothly and timely.
• Responsible for working with Account Director and Head of Social Media on overall alignment of social strategy and direction for brand.
• Responsible for working with Content Strategist for content planning.
• Ability to do social and KOL/ creators pitching.
2. KOL Partnership Plan:
• Collaborate with internal social media, in-house creatives and commercial teams to integrate influencer campaigns into the overall marketing strategy.
• Responsible for growing the social/KOL/creators capabilities for the business.
• Develop strategies, partnership plan and execute plans to engage with KOLs/ creators to achieve business objectives.
• Build long-term relationships and maintain regular communication with KOLs/ creators/ MCNs.
3. KOL management:
• Source and review for the right influencers match for each campaign.
• Attract, make quotation, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with KOLs.
• Manage talents pool. Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign targets are met.
• Recruiting and developing talents pool to build Affiliates KOLs ecosystem for Brands Partner.
• Proactively communicate and manage relationships with influencers on their progress, provide Affiliate Marketing guidance, and resolve business issues with partners promptly and effectively.
• Develop content plannings, execute KOL content and review creative + KOL content.
• Contribute to producing campaign assets and participate in on-set productions.
• Monitor and optimize each KOLs performance.
• Stay updated on technology trends, social media, and the Influencer Marketing landscape.
• Track payments and manage all documentation of Influencers/KOL.
• Being the person in charge of product delivery to Influencers/KOLs.
• Provide support to Producer to manage creators from MCNs and/or individual creators needed for content production.
4. Livestream management:
• Identify and evaluate suitable livestream platforms, including TikTok, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and others, to reach the target audience effectively.
• Plan, organize, and execute livestream sessions to promote and sell products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of livestreams.
• Conduct product demonstrations, answer customer questions, and provide real-time engagement during livestream sessions.
• Monitor and analyze livestream metrics, such as viewership, engagement, and sales conversions, to identify areas for improvement and optimize future livestreams.
• Executing performance reviews and campaign reporting for brands.
5. Reporting, team management & others:
• Make report, key learning and next steps.
• Manage the team of social executive and interns; train and ensure the quality of social team.
• Perform other specialized tasks as required by the job and leader.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Good working knowledge and having at least 5 years’ experience of digital marketing/advertising and preferably experience in KOL marketing and/or social media marketing.
• Experienced in project management.
• Experienced in researching and analyzing social data.
• Experienced in handling Influencer Marketing Campaign and Strategic Partnerships.
• Experience in the beauty/ FMCG industry/ KOL agency is a plus.
• Strong connections with Vietnamese influencers/KOLs/Celebrities are preferred.
• Good Vietnamese & English in oral and written. Excellent active listening skills.
• A strong personality who can work individually and within a team.
• Sharp critical thinking, problem-solving skills with strong communication and negotiation skills; able to break boundaries and execute to the last mile.
• High levels of accuracy ensure the above standards of quality of all marketing and communication materials.
• Excellent written and communication skills. Excellent multitasking skills.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
• Good working knowledge and having at least 5 years’ experience of digital marketing/advertising and preferably experience in KOL marketing and/or social media marketing.
