Job overview:

Develop and drive marketing priorities, strategies, goals, objectives, and tactics to reach sales goals and marketing KPIs. Identify the right mix of marketing channels, tactics, and programs to support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales pipeline goals.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will:
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive traffic, sign-ups, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize growth marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM)
• Oversee the development and management of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and A/B testing, to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
• Monitor and evaluate website analytics, KPIs and campaign metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. Provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, product, design, and development, to ensure brand consistency and align growth marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement digital marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
• Define, execute, analyze, and optimize sophisticated multivariate tests with quantitative significance.
• Analyze consumer behavior to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our target market, customer journey, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies for growth.
• Help define and validate core KPIs and unit economics, such as cost per metrics (CAC), retention, ROI, and LTV to drive the business.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Apply innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity.
• Utilize marketing intelligence to vet key segments and target.
• Listen and understand customer's pressure and critical business issues to develop burning platforms.
• Develop account and opportunity plans to coordinate the team to grow sales to advance and deliver results.
• Coordinates and directs strategic resource team.
• Set and manage budget for sales growth and new business development.
• Develop best practices utilizing Sales Excellence methodology.
• Assist with on-going training for strategic growth resource teams.
• Stay appropriately networked to stay aware of industry and market trends.
• Design and implement metrics to monitor the success of processes and refine the process flow based on actual on-ground feedback.
• Work closely with the Tech and Product team to solve for problems at the ground level using technology.
• Build and grow best-in-class partner network across services.
• Create systems to evaluate and improve partner performance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience of growth marketing or user acquisition and growth, resulting in increased brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• A passion for scaling digital products, services and audiences and working with content to nurture communities through organic channels, in particular email and social media.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content, and analytics
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, marketing automation software, and content management systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and event tracking solutions like AppsFlyer
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives.
