*Job Purpose: Responsible for processing customer’s order from the point of purchase order receipt to invoicing. Attend to all complaints and inquiries relating to customer satisfaction and order fulfilment, both internal and external customers. Ensure that customer’s needs and requirements are fully satisfied.
Performs the supporting role to execute shipments to meet Brady promise to customers. Responsible to liaise with freight forwarders or transporters and prepare the necessary shipping documentations.
Customer Services
• Retrieve customer orders from the customer emails or web portals, & verify against quotations generated by Sales.
• Provide order acknowledgement to customers and advise delivery date to customers within the targeted timeframe.
• Ensure customers’ orders meet internal business model, MOQs, delivery cost and etc, & attend to discrepancies & deviations pertaining to customer Purchase Order.
• Process Sales orders, check stock availability via the SAP system, liaise with production planner or purchaser to derive delivery dates, follow up on customer orders and expedite delivery when the need arises.
• Attend to inquiries, claims, complaints / feedback and return goods from customers through phone calls / emails.
• Follow-up with credit and collection (C&C) department for credit hold release for customers’ orders. And assist C&C in resolving payment collection issues if necessary.
• Manage customer forecast and update in SAP system if necessary.
• Maintain proper customer purchase order records.
• Prepare & generate relevant reports for key performance indicators monitoring purposes.
• Provide guidance to junior customer service executive in the day to day activities.
*Logistics
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transportation and courier service providers for bookings / arrangements of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Follow up with forwarders to track all incoming and outgoing shipments for on time deliveries.
• Work with Forwarders to ensure all custom and government requirements for logistic (incoming or outgoing) are in place.
• Perform all warehouse and logistics transactions in SAP system accurately & on time.
• Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Perform repacking & relabeling activities for finished goods whenever necessary.
• To support and comply with the Brady Corporation Global Policies, Brady Policy, Quality Policy, Environmental Policy, Safety & Health Policy and other organization policies that are relevant to job functions. To be responsible, accountable and committed to fulfill the codes and statements prescribed in the policies.

• Degree in Business Management or relevant field with minimum 4 years customer service working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Diploma in Business Management or relevant field with at least 5-6 years customer service working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Good interpersonal skills & leadership skills
• Organize, resourceful and independent
• Good telephone manners
• Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, e-mails and business system applications
