Job Title : Maintenance cum Operation Staff

Reports to : Factory Manager

Job Summary :

1. The maintenance staff is the person in charge of the maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, machines and manufacturing facilities in the factory and the operation, keep machines running safely, stable, and with high efficiency. (20%)
2. Operate machinery and equipment systems such as pumping, mixing and extracting systems in the factory in accordance with the production process (80%)

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Maintenance Tasks (20%)

- In charge of the management, inspection, repair and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical system in the factory.

- Periodic inspection, repair, maintenance and maintenance of machinery: Valve, pump, pipeline

- Daily routing on all utility systems such as low voltage of sub-station, compressed air system, dust collecting system, LEV and water system

- Make best efforts to do equipment trouble shooting to reduce unplanned downtime

- Implement improvement activities, improve efficiency for machinery and equipment.

- Implement activities and methods to handle and limit incidents with equipment and machinery in the production process.

- Make schedules and conduct the repair and preventive maintenance of machinery to ensure minimal downtime for production.

- Collaborate with other Team

2. Operation Tasks (80%)

- Operate production machinery and equipment, manipulating jobs related to production including unloading, loading, filling, packing chemical products, entering data in the system.

- Perform daily inspection of equipment, daily industrial cleaning, participate in maintenance, periodic equipment replacement

- Repair, connect pipes, troubleshoot equipment when needed

- Ensure QSHE compliance of work place.

- And work-related jobs at the request of superiors: Back up for other posion

3. Others: Work according to some requirements of Factory Manager
