Responsible to the Chief Accountant for the following areas:
- Establish and effectively manage the Company's accounting activities to ensure that the Company's accounting system/financial statements are consistent with the accounting regime and Vietnamese accounting standards and timely, honestly, and reasonably reflect the Company's financial situation.
- Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, collections, etc.).
- Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month-end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Managing and providing a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain a cooperative relationship with the State's Tax Authority from the central to local levels.

1 Participate in developing and organizing the implementation of the annual plan of the Accounting Department on budget, activities and personnel within the scope of responsibility.
2 Establish, organize, implement, manage and control the organization of accounting activities throughout the Company.

- Develop, review and guide the Accounting department and Dependent units to implement policies, regulations and processes on accounting management in accordance with the regulations and the Company's charter.
- Control the implementation of policies, regulations and processes on accounting management at Accounting department and Dependent units

- Coordinate with Finance department to develop regulations, procedures and work guidelines to ensure effective coordination of departments in the Unit.
- Coordinate with other departments to establish processes, regulations, instructions, reporting forms ... related to many departments.

- Review financial statements according to Vietnamese accounting standards and regimes (VAS) and international accounting standards (IAS and IFRS).
- Review and analyze accounting reports.
- Work with the Auditor to audit the annual financial statements.
6 Update accounting standards, regimes, legal documents related to accounting/tax within the scope of responsibility to apply and guide relevant departments to implement.
7 Execute the internal accounting & financial inspection and examination in the dependent units and subsidiaries.
8 Review the payment, management and cash flow.

- Analyze & report opportunity for tax incentive/ tax exemption/ tax utilization.
- Finalize the dossier for tax incentive/ tax exemption/ tax utilization registration.
- Work with State authority (Tax/Customs authority & other Ministries) to get tax incentive/ tax exemption/ tax utilization.

- Conduct tax planning; manage, monitor.
- Plan and propose control and modification measures.
- Conduct liquidation, import tax refund, finalization of raw materials for export production.
- Supervise, monitor the implementation of registration, declaration and finalization of taxes and other payables to the State budget of the Company and its subsidiaries; supervise the use of invoices in company-wide.

- Work with State management agencies on the exercise of tax rights and obligations, including inspection and examination of the exercise of tax rights and obligations and post-customs clearance inspection at the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Build and maintain a cooperative relationship with the Tax Authority of the State from the central to local levels.

- Coordinate with Finance & IT Departments (and others if any) to:
- Set up a software system for internal approval
- Set up ERP for whole company's operations
- Set up a software system of financial accounting, management accounting, customs declaration (if any), ...

- Participate in accordance with the Financial function in investment projects forming fixed assets of the Company
- Control the implementation progress and disbursement progress of each project throughout the company

- Propose the work assignment to members in the accounting department
- Guide, provide coaching and develop skills & competencies…
- Monitor and evaluate team's performance.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Unit.
