* EDUCATION
Bachelor in civil engineering; construction engineering; architecture

* EXPERIENCE
- For expert: Have at least 3 years working in the field of civil and industrial construction, at large cattle farm projects, industrial parks, large-scale industrial buildings, urban areas having advanced technical infrastructure system. Experience in management design, construction supervision
- For staff: Have at least 1 year working in civil and industrial construction. Have experience in design management, supervision, monitoring the quality of construction works, construction and installation

* KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL EXPERTISES
- Be professionally trained, have a bidding certificate, construction quality supervision
- Good knowledge and understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Working knowledge about engineering, construction supervision, cost estimate
- Analyze, forecast and control all problems of work related
- Ability to manage and supervise the construction site
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in time and cost management.

* OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Can use professional English
- Enthusiastic, honest, dedicated to work
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Accept business trip far away from home when required
- Responsible to the Head of the Basic Construction Department in all activities:
- Receive assignment and implement the work of basic construction according to the Project or annual investment/repair plan at farms, offices, company office, project locations implemented by the company.

- In charge of implementing and monitoring the entire process of item/works from beginning until completion, acceptance, handover, payment, including: receive requirements - design - review, check design, cost estimate - prepare bidding documents, bid -tender evaluation, contract preparation - construction monitoring, - collection and management of documents of quality – acceptance, handover, payment of completed work items and handling of adjustment/change in the process of implementation in accordance with company regulations
- Inspect, supervise and report on the execution at the construction site: progress, quality, cost…and propose management to promptly handle difficulties, outstanding issues.
- Fully implement legal procedures on construction of works according to state regulations and functional agencies related to construction work: Planning, Construction Permit, Fire prevention and Fighting permit, Completion of fire prevention and fighting, Certificate of ownership of the construction on land to ensure that it fully meets the provisions of the Law and the Company's regulations (for Expert)
- Regularly review the design, propose to the management necessary adjustments and improvements about engineering requirements (for Expert)
