JOB DECRIPTION:
1. Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral:
Follow design guidelines, standards, and best practices for creatives.
Create social media graphics, presentation graphics, ad images.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
Strong contributor for creative ideas.
Support the marketing team occasionally in making, repairing videos.
2. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule:
Communicating with related positions about layout and design.
Perform retouching and manipulation of images。
Make sure to comply with the design principles and edit the design according to the request.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary。
3. Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines:
Convey a specific brand voice across digital platforms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education Requirement
1. Full-time Bachelor degree or above, have experience in graphic design or in related field.
2. Graduated from: graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
Skill Requirement
1. Fluent in English or Chinese.
2. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print.
3. Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
4. Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
5. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Excellent eye for detail
8. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
