Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with Creasia’s business objectives.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

2. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining effective communication and transparency.
• Promote Creasia as an employer of choice by developing and executing employer branding initiatives.
• Build long-term relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.

3. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration

• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Provide strategic advice and insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
• Train and guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.

4. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

• Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management to optimize recruitment processes.
• Continuously assess and improve recruitment tools and technologies for efficiency.

5. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives

• Implement strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure an inclusive hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR to foster an inclusive work environment and improve retention rates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in marketing, FMCG, or retail industries.
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using recruitment metrics to drive improvements.
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance in recruitment.
