I. JOB DECRIPTIONS

I. JOB DECRIPTIONS
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for internal supply chain applications.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational needs.
- Internal stakeholder collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact between business units, engineering, and design teams.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, including supply chain, operations, and finance teams.
- Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment and transparency across all functions.
- Product Development & Delivery:
- Lead the development and deployment of internal applications, focusing on improving efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and design solutions that streamline internal operations.
- Work closely with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure system compatibility and data integrity.
- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of internal applications.
- Regularly review and optimize applications based on user feedback and performance data.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in developing internal tools or supply chain software.
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for internal stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with supply chain systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, and other internal tools used for operations management.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address operational challenges.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with data integration and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute certifications).
