Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Implementation and monitoring of implementation in accordance with the rules QHSSE, regulations and SOPs procedures.
• To organize training, coaching staffs, drivers to increase awareness of safety, security, environmental sanitation and fire prevention ... identify risks, personal protective equipment PPE appropriate for each type of work and how to escape or rescue when the problem occurs for all employees, new employees, subcontractors’ employees, visitors ... Report immediately to the police, fire protection, health problems when seriously concerned.
• Overall planning with the resources to ensure the goods with the highest possible performance of the equipment at terminal. Organizational / operational coordination, exchange of information with sections like Business, transportation, Maintenance, Engineering ... and some other relevant departments to meet the requirements of the customer service including: type, quantity, quality, time and service attitude.
• Leading groups of Production, Maintenance, Dispatcher, Driver ... subcontractors in the operation, maintenance execution, testing all machinery, equipment, motor vehicles, systems tanks / pipes, weight & balance system quantitatively, observation systems, communications, infrastructure.
• Coordinating operation / imported goods, counting and management of raw material... inventory. Compliance with the financial principles to ensure inventory at optimal levels, are monitored / recorded, and accurate reporting in accordance with the prescribed routine.
• Measurement and analysis of indicators related to the Operation, Maintenance, Logistics, KPIs such as:
• Temperature indicators at all tanks, pipelines, heater system…to make sure the data are analyzed for better fuel consumption control and optimize fuel cost (DO, FO, FOR...)
• Related operation data, maintenance data of all equipment, vehicle (including operation norm, maintenance C1-2-3, tire/batteries replacement) to make sure compliance with law requirement.
• Stock take and Inventory control (all products, raw-materials, spare-parts, fuel) to compliance with Company requirement.
• Truck Fleet management data (camera, GPS, delivery & return time, rest-stop / break time, heat loss, truck load utilization, ROB, costs, fuel & oil replacement…as well as customer attitude of drivers.
• Enforce the periodic reports and advises operational director / BOD in improving performance of human resources, equipment, optimize the cost and meet the goals of the company.
• Participate in setting up, management of new projects of the Company by assigned. Execute other tasks as assigned by company.
• Supervise safeguards, ensure no illegal behaviors at terminal. Report to OM, BOD immediately at terminal incidents and propose solution to the problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in engineering Machinery, Industrial Electrical Engineer, Engineer of Bridge Road/ Asphalt.
• Knowledge of management and operation of tank / tanks, pumping systems, pipelines, jetties, heating systems, electrical systems and automation.
• Knowledge of transport, repair and maintenance of industrial equipment, motor vehicles.
• Highly capable of leadership, management, communication, presentation, motivate inspire, resolve existing conflicts result, incidents and under pressure.
• Knowledge of security systems, safety, health, environment and fire prevention.
• Responsible, spirit of teamwork, enthusiasm, work.
• Willing to go biz trip
• Experience in using computers, English communication, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office.
• High integrity, especially when working and communicating with the relevant authorities and suppliers
