Our client is a top-notch energy and utilities company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Investment Development:
Identify and cultivate projects with both immediate and future potential for rooftop solar installations through Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) or leasing models, as well as opportunities related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and other solutions aimed at decarbonizing energy supply.
Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector.
Independently explore and pursue new project opportunities under the guidance of the direct supervisor, while developing effective strategies to meet set objectives.
Evaluate and assess potential risks associated with projects to provide informed GO or NO-GO recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to help meet collective goals as needed.
Provide support to leadership in analyzing and updating business models in response to evolving market trends and regulatory developments.
Ensure financial transparency throughout promotional and investment activities, maintaining compliance with legal reimbursement requirements and reasonable expenditure practices.
Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics, particularly in interactions with clients and partners.
Marketing Development:
Promote the organization’s brand to enhance public awareness and increase visibility of its products and services.
Monitor public perception and promptly report any negative publicity or reputational risks to management.
Take an active role in marketing campaigns and events to help generate new business opportunities.
Regularly update information on market trends, client engagement, and competitor activity, and contribute actionable plans to support business growth and performance improvement.
Customer Relationship
Establish new client connections while effectively managing and strengthening existing relationships.
Engage in analyzing client requirements and assess how presentation methods influence the overall customer experience.
Continuously develop professional and technical expertise by participating in training workshops, reading industry publications, building personal networks, and taking part in professional associations, trade shows, events, and business chambers.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in corporate services, preferably within the commercial and industrial (C&I) sectors such as industrial real estate, facilities management, construction or engineering services, and technology solutions—ideally with exposure to international markets and clients.
Strong command of English and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Maintain a solid portfolio of clients, particularly among large commercial, industrial, or corporate accounts.
Demonstrate strong networking abilities and a client-centric approach, with a readiness to invest time in managing key clients and playing a critical role in major sales initiatives including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Highly results-driven, accountable, and well-organized.
Able to think creatively and strategically, bringing innovative ideas and a forward-thinking approach to the role.
Passionate and performance-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven history of delivering tangible outcomes.
