• Implement the direction of the management and coordinate with the key stakeholders to form a strong lab testing team for our VN laboratory to complete new development materials testing for each season; plan and organize the project schedule to be accomplished within the timeline; play teamwork to drive the improvement of the project to be fulfilled in a timely manner. Always review and plan for the test capacity (including but not limited to lab personnel, equipment list, layout) to be able to meet Deckers samples test request and releasing the reports on time.
• Take the testing team to research the international and industrial testing protocols, and conduct creative testing for new materials for the requirement of "performance" level.
• Be able to demonstrate the commitment to executing the lab mission which is to keep reliable and accurate test results and ensuring that the quality of the testing operation is of continuous improvement for higher level in the industry.
• University or College graduated or above.
• Minimum 6 years in technical work experience of footwear laboratory testing and 4 years in managerial position, experience of FW product development or manufacturing as a plus factor.
• Good at Excel, Word, PPT (Microsoft office).
• Good at Data statistic and analysis, evaluation of Lab results and doing recommendation.
• Good communication skills, English proficiency verbal and in writing.
