Review & recommend to the Board of Direction (BOD) for improvement of the organization’s structure, policies, procedures & practices on people matters & achieve business objectives.
Manage and support in the recruitment process for local employees and in creating of Talent pool.
Coordinate with all related departments to build training programs every year. Follow up, organizing and arranging training course accordingly.
Monitor goal setting and performance management processes, follow up with managers where necessary.
Monitor salary review process according to the approved budget and labor market.
Set up and monitor the Plant HR budget, workforce planning. Continuously improve efficiencies, cost, and service standards.
Recommended, evaluated, and participated in Career development for the employees through Talent review, Succession planning, L&D activities…
Manage HR & Admin team
Supervise the implementation of Quality management, Environment, Health, and Safety system within HR Department
Overseeing the general administration (transportation, security, cleaning service, company event …)

Proven working experience in HR partner role or similar at least 2 years.
