Coordinate with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers for truck bookings and track routes.
Collaborate with suppliers to allocate pickup dates for inbound shipments, and ensure firmed orders are delivered in full, on time, and error-free.
Work with the warehouse team to allocate inbound volume and ensure efficient storage.
Resolve any issues related to inbound shipments, such as delays or discrepancies.
Address document-related issues, including documentation discrepancies or missing information.
Maintain effective communication with 3PL providers, suppliers, and warehouse personnel.
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in logistics operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance.
Talk to Suppliers regularly. Maintain and develop good relationships with suppliers. Be the main point of contact for them. Identify potential concerns and issues.
Actively coordinate with other teams to solve operational issues for Suppliers and drive customer satisfaction. Ensure that we can detect early and resolve any concerns from Suppliers related to SBS performance quickly and efficiently.

Requirements
From 3-4 years of experience in procurement/ purchasing/ 3PL coordinator within multinational companies, specifically in the areas of retail, logistics, or warehouses.
Proficiency in 3PL coordination, transportation management, and supplier & warehouse collaboration.
Strong attention to detail.
Mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics/Business, or Foreign Trade.
Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and problem-solving.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and manage internal stakeholders and establish relationships with clients.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Familiarity with reporting and managing processes.
