As an English-Speaking Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and selling customized travel experiences for international guests.

• Consult and engage with customers throughout the sales process
• Understand clients’ needs and design personalized itineraries
• Create inspiring travel programs using your destination knowledge
• Coordinate closely with Operations/Reservations team
• Issue invoices and manage payments accurately
• Provide pre-trip, during-trip, and post-trip support
• Offer travel advice (culture, safety, currency, attractions, etc.)
• Prepare monthly sales performance reports

• Legal work authorization in Vietnam
• Minimum 1 year experience as Travel Consultant / Travel Designer
• Strong English communication (writing & speaking)
• Good knowledge of Vietnam & Indochina destinations
• Understanding of Western customer expectations
• Sales-driven mindset and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and manage demanding clients
• Team player with positive energy

• 2–3+ years handling US, Australian & European markets
• Deep knowledge of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia & Thailand routes
• Strong B2C consulting experience
• Proven sales performance
