1. Assist Sales Manager to make marketing plan in order to increase customers' awarenesses on brand name and products of the company and meet business objectives.
2. Conduct, attend to company’s marketing activities.
3. Analysis of market & customer’s demand research and competitors.
4. Search, approach and advise to potential customers about company’s products; build, maintain, improve the relationship with current customers to develop market share and achieve sales target set by the Company.
5. Prepare new customer’s information and submit to Sales Manager to get the approval.
6. Determine the technical requirement, quantity, quality requirements, size and lead time and pricing; discuss with Assistant Factory Manager to determine the resources and capabilities to meet the customer requirement.
7. Send the quotation, request which are approved by Sales manager to customer and collect feedback.
8. Create Sample Request Form and send to production department to make sample, send the sample and Certificate of Analysis to customer in case the customer require sample.
9. Check, confirm order form before producing. Make Customer Order Amendment Requisition to update to production department immediately if the customer changes order information.
10. Follow up the product delivery.
11. After completing the delivery, contact the customer to monitor and support the customer in using products, be present at the customer's factory to advise and provide timely solutions to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
12. Raise criteria for surveying customer satisfaction.
13. Conduct annual customer satisfaction survey, suggest solutions to sales manager in order to solve and improve customer satisfaction.
14. Receive customer complaint or any dissatisfaction from customer, be in charge of coordinating and resolving customer complaint. Transfer customer complaint to QA, work together with QA and production to review and determine its validity and process according to Corrective and Preventive Action Procedure.
15. Collect debts from customers.
16. Report weekly about sales result, developing customers and customer collection.
17. Other tasks are assigned by line manager
Job Requirement/ Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor degree in Economic or Business Administration.
2. Fluent in English. Chinese is a big plus
3. At least 2 years in the same position. Knowledge about the same products is prioritized.
4. Good communication & negotiation, problem-solving skills.
5. Dynamic, honest, enthusiastic and positive learning attitude.
