RESPONSIBILITIES

Enhancing Product Experience for Customers

• Assist in user research to identify common traits, pain points, and unmet needs
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors
• Help define customer personas and value propositions to enhance customer journey
• Support the Product Management team in creating exceptional “7-star” moments

Student Recruitment

• Assist in developing onboarding processes for students from various sources
• Create content for different marketing channels

Onboarding New Students

• Help develop systems for a smooth student onboarding experience
• Ensure student devices and internet connections function properly
• Provide clear instructions for a great initial experience

Customer Feedback & Student Support

• Assist in conducting focus groups and surveys to gather student feedback
• Help develop feedback processes on academic performance and skill development
• Support the execution of feedback initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to intern at least 40 hours/week (Tue to Sat) for 3-6 months
• Final-year students in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Education, etc., with a passion for product development and project management
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Tools
• Strong organizational, planning, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Responsible, hardworking, and progressive
• Advantageous: experience in education, product development, project management, marketing, etc
