Controlling Assistant Supervisor/ Senior Staff is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the company’s financial performance. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards, supports management with accurate financial insights, and contributes to continuous improvements in controlling processes and cost accounting systems.

1. Maintain standards of the Controlling Department, while continuously making an effort to improve these standards
2. Ensure that the accounting systems and company accounts are according to the Vietnamese accounting standards and the corporate group policy
3. Financial Controlling - Responsible to prepare and submit Monthly Report (MR) to the General Director and Director Operational Controlling

• Provide analysis on AR/ AP, FAR, costing calculation from the accounting monthly
• Review and Oversee stock count report on a regular basis
• Review weekly sales report on a regular basis
• Support the Accounting Department to finish the Monthly report on time
• Perform Monthly Report Analytical Review monthly to General Director and Director Operational Controlling

4. Financial Controlling - Responsible to support for the budgeting and reporting to the General Director and Director Operational Controlling

• Prepare Roll Plan on the monthly basis
• Prepare periodic reports such as Budget vs. Actual, Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• Support all related departments to provide the financial information and controlling analyzing task

5. Operational Controlling - Oversee and monitor the cost accounting systems to ensure that the accounting and cost accounting are compliance

• Monitor Cost Accounting standardization and suggest if any change is needed
• Review Cost accounting report and framas Portfolio Review to identify potential for improvements
• Review Cost accounting report to identify process losses on a monthly basis

6. Responsible to suggest and implement new processes related to the Controlling department

• Support to create, monitor and follow up that all processes are implemented correctly in the company

7. Responsible for the BOM model and support Accounting/ Import-Export finish the Customs report on time
8. Responsible for the transfer pricing/ processing fee and documentation

Education & Work Experience

• Graduate Diploma or higher in Business Finance, Auditing, Accounting, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field with knowledge of Vietnamese & international accounting standards, especially cost accounting
• Experience in auditing firms is preferred (Big 4 is an advantage)
• Ability to maintain and continuously improve the standards of the Controlling Department
• Ensure company accounting systems comply with Vietnamese accounting standards and corporate group policy

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Solid understanding of Lean principles
• Knowledge of Cost Accounting
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Good understanding of Accounting and Finance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh - Thu Duc)/ Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
