The QA Staff is responsible for establishing QA documents following ISO 9001 standards and addressing audit-related issues to obtain certification. This position also entails maintaining ISO certification annually.
- Establish and standardize QA documents per ISO 9001; Implement and update QMS, report progress to ISO Board; Manage internal ISO documents.
- Obtain and maintain ISO 9001 certification; Conduct internal and certification audits, handle audit issues; Coordinate ISO information across departments.
- Maintain annual ISO certification; Ensure staff competence through training; Engage with external bodies for ISO compliance; Maintain QMS for ISO recertification.
- Manage chemical SDS, update lists, and oversee HSE activities during audits.
- Lead 5S activities and improvements monthly.
- Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Support departmental admin tasks as needed.
* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Company Car for picking up staff from HCM / Bien Hoa City to Long ThanhYêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Economic, or relevant fields.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
Education & Work Experience:
- Proficient in implementing ISO quality 9001:2015.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role within the shoe or plastic industry.
- Experience in footwear production factories is advantageous.
