Mô tả Công việc
The Coordination Staff is responsible for receiving and managing orders including making a plan, contacting with suppliers, tracking progress to catch up ETD on time. This position is also responsible for controlling in-out quantity daily and managing stock quantity in the end of every month.
Develop a Post Process schedule; Receive orders from Sales and Development Departments.
Coordinate order distribution with suppliers; Manage incoming and outgoing quantities; Perform daily in-out scanning.
Generate monthly stock reports; Establish sample standards;
Coordinate with Production Planning Team for injection requests.
Create swatch books as needed; Maintain sample references.
Ensure stock quantity and quality; Maintain weight records for all items.
* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh Industrial Zone

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Education & Work Experience:
University/College graduate in English and related majors
Having working experience in Footwear field is a plus
