- Ensure that the production plan is made in a proper way to catches up customer's RTD or confirmed ETD.
- Ensure that production plan is made according to Lean's principle to enhance the added in values, reduce the wastes.
- Ensure that reviewing material requirement is conducted in a proper way and ensure issuing the PR/PO for replenishment in time, fulfil to all customer's demand changes.
- Ensure that well monitoring the level of stock material according to standard target.
- Receive the PO from Sales dept, input into Order Master management, calculate the production schedule and confirm the ETD.
- Cross checking inventory of material and material coming plan.
- Check the stock balance and Make production planning according to RTD and available resources.
- Making a sequence of color change and mold change how to minimize the production cost, get high utilization on machine.
- Issue Production plan and daily update and monitor the output situation, public information to others relevant dept if needed.
- Calculate and confirm the ETD and respond others request from Sales dept.
- Daily checking the output result and ensure all these outputs must be posted to system and transferred to WH exactly.
- Maintain and reach the minimum buffer stock at the end of product life cycle.
- In case product requires some processes making at sub-contractor, should monitoring the situation delivery schedule on time in full.
