We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lean Supervisor to lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage Lean metrics (especially OEE), and drive operational excellence within our manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in promoting Lean principles, sustaining the 5S system, and ensuring the success of Kaizen activities across departments.

1. Lean & Innovation Process Improvement

• Identify process inefficiencies and propose effective Lean solutions or innovations.

• Maintain and monitor Lean performance metrics, especially OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

• Lead and support PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) improvement projects with cross-functional teams.

• Guide employees in utilizing the My Idea-Kaizen system.

• Follow up on Kaizen suggestions, approvals, implementation, and benefit realization.

• Provide training and onboarding support for new employees on the Kaizen system.

2. OEE System Management

• Monitor and control OEE data using the MES system.

• Develop real-time dashboards and reports using Power BI to track production status.

• Update and present OEE reports during weekly technical meetings.

• Measure and update cycle times for projects based on production environment changes.

3. 5S Implementation & Training

• Conduct regular 5S audits, particularly in the injection molding area.

• Implement 5S in office and production areas, and record 5S performance bonuses.

• Train new employees on the 7 wastes and 5S standards to promote a culture of discipline and cleanliness.

4. Administrative Support

• Create and maintain ISO documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, etc.) to support QA and compliance efforts.

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Company Car for picking up staff from HCM / Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.

• Familiarity with injection molding processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Education & Working Experience

• Degree in English, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

• Experience in manufacturing sectors such as footwear, plastics, or related industries is a plus.
