Mô Tả Công Việc
• Participation in the management and execution of engineering projects.
• Estimate the task that will be assigned. Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Coordinate with the Project Manager for any arisen matter to ensure a smooth process. Provide expertise and innovative solutions to technical challenges. Supervising the project's risk reduction and assessment strategies.
• Grow and develop implementation of BIM projects (BIM Modelling, BIM Coordination, QS)
• Provide day-to-day BIM support to the project team, which includes BIM software use, model troubleshooting and techniques.
• Actively participate in the project delivery process by supporting project teams through BIM project execution planning.
• Working closely with BIM coordinators and BIM Engineers and Architects, who are responsible for producing project information models and coordinate technical issues and requests
• Manage and distribute controlled copies of information to ensure team members have the latest, correct information.
• Implement strict quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed industry standards. Conduct regular management for reviews and technical audits to maintain consistent quality across projects.
• Train the team/division members, and staff on the analysis of structural-related topics. Encourage and support them to build knowledge and soft skills.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement between/within the teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in structural engineering, and incorporate them into project design and execution. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 3 years’ experience in BIM Manager position or related
• At least 5 years’ experience in engineering
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or structural engineering.
• Proficient knowledge in Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Glue, BIM360
• Experience with 4D and 5D BIM and further.
• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in BIM Management or relevant role.
• Experience in coordination with other parties / clients in projects
• Good communication skills in English language.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds.
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
