Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Plan Division Resources:
• Plan and schedule the team resources together with Team Leaders to meet the demand of the company’s operations.
• Ensure all team schedules are updated weekly.
• Recruit and select new team members together with the Team Leaders and ensure members are recruited on time.
• Coordinate and manage recruitment request if having demand on additional works.
• Support HR team in interviewing to ensure to find the right candidate.
• Review and approve (first approval) overtime requests and follow up overtime of required due to project deadlines.
• Assure every deadlines and quality are met.
• Review and approve leave application of team members and assure that the approved leaves have no negative impact on project deadlines.
2. Lead and coach Team Leaders and Co-Team leaders:
• Lead Team Leaders and co-team leaders to fulfil their tasks and follow up with weekly meetings. Discuss and review performance of teams, staffing situation and possible problems. Make always meeting minutes and save in team folder.
• Assign and supervise the tasks to teams.
• Enforce that teams follow company procedures.
• Coordinate with (Junior) Project Managers/ Team Leaders of BIM teams to ensure a smooth project implementation.
• Manage Bonus distribution together with team leaders.
• Manage team performance review together with team leader based on their efficiency, compliance and attitude.
• Identify reason for lack of performance and inform Line Manager.
• Supervise and support BIM project teams and Team Leaders to ensure a high quality of production work; reviewing and checking of drawings and calculations, and ensuring that all appropriate QA/QC procedures and authorizations/ signatures/ stamps are included on drawings before issuance/ submission; Assure that Team Leaders fulfill their obligations and duties;
• Conduct internal training to QA Team members with the goal to improve the knowledge of team and avoid errors.
3. Lead/ Coordinate/ Manage Projects:
• Inform the Group Director in advance if any deadline cannot be met and provide proposal for solution.
• Prepare implementation plan and time schedule for projects.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with different departments and individuals to achieve project goals.
• Be responsible that project quality and goals are met on time and on budget.
• Report regularly on project status to line manager.
• Attendance the project meeting on time and give regular advice for improvements
4. Develop Procedures:
• Develop processes, procedures and project workflows to support and improve design practices and reduce errors in QA Team.
• Develop and propose improvements to design process and procedures.
• Coordinate with Junior/ Project Managers to develop and maintain gbc design standards and company handbooks.
5. Report:
• Deliver monthly report for QA team including staffing, performance, procedures and any other relevant issues to line manager.
• Issue monthly report on any other related activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in QA operations.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate team.
• Being able to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Being able to work with minimum supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time.
• Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds.
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
• Knowledgeable of European standard (Eurocode) is preferable.
• At least 5 years of experience in QA operations.
