- Import & Transportation: work with third parties, manage the complete import process for products, from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely clearance and compliance with all international and local regulations. Analyze freight and transportation to identify and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Warehousing & Inventory: work with third parties, maintaining and ensuring efficient storage and handling of medical products. Monitor inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
- Maintain supplier’s relationship: Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to agreed-upon terms. Handle price negotiations or discounts when necessary and take responsibility for communicating with specific suppliers.
- Be the person in charge of Logistics to work with other departments such as the sales department, finance department, product department, and service engineer.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Oversee the import, storage, and distribution processes for medical products to ensure they adhere to all applicable regulations. Maintain alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Proactively address and prevent quality control issues related to shipments, storage, and distribution.
- Perform other tasks under the direction of the Direct Manager and the Board of Directors.
