Responsibilities:

As part of the Product Management team, you will work closely with the Product Owner (PO), Development, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure our products meet business goals and user needs. Your key responsibilities include:

? Business & User Needs Analysis

? Gather, analyze, and translate business problems into clear functional and non-functional requirements

? Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and UX mock-ups to guide product development

? Work independently to manage tasks, prioritize projects, and ensure timely progress

? Data-Driven Product Enhancements

? Analyze product usage data to identify improvements for user experience

? Provide weekly recommendations on key user stories based on insights

? Cross-Team Collaboration & Agile Processes

? Act as a bridge between technical & non-technical teams to ensure seamless communication

? Work closely with the Development team to clarify and refine requirements

? Coordinate with the Product Owner & QA team to define and prioritize critical testing

? Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives)

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in E-commerce, F&B digital ordering, or membership wallet platforms
• Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency (written & spoken)
• UX & Product Knowledge: Ability to analyze user behaviors, define business & design rules, and create/refine UX mockups
• Technical & Agile Mindset: Familiar with iOS & Web commerce projects, passionate about user experience enhancements
• Problem-Solving & Prioritization: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
