Role Overview

At GETZ, we are seeking a Financial Assistant to manage financial operations and support the Financial Manager (Vietnamese) with daily tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional eager to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

1/ Singapore Financial Operations:

• Monitor & reconcile accounts receivable/payable
• Execute monthly fee collections and ensure timely payments
• Support general financial & administrative tasks

2/ Vietnam Financial Operations:

• Manage monthly accounts payable and maintain accuracy
• Maintain financial records and ensure data integrity
• Prepare & submit tax filings (VAT, CIT, PIT) and compliance reports
• Organize audit documentation and generate financial reports
• Assist the Back Office team when needed

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / Finance
• 1-2 years of experience in a General Accountant role (Vietnam)
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting & tax regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and highly organized
• Strong English skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with MISA accounting software
