About The Team

TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced marketing leader to join our SMB marketing team as the Regional Lead for South East Asia. Our team is the first to meet, inspire and engage prospecting SMBs. We are at the start of the sales funnel and responsible for generating and nurturing new high value SMB prospects through strategic partnerships with external partners and activation of the leads through diverse marketing initiatives, lead nurturing programs, and collaboration with diverse internal/extenral stakeholders. Our ultimate goal as a team is to empower new businesses and agencies to successfully start Tiktok advertising and grow their business through TikTok's diverse advertising products. The Regional Lead will deliver on the SMB growth objectives and maintain a robust and reliable pipeline of new advertisers for our regional sales teams. As the Regional Lead, you will coach and develop the marketing team members across South East Asia to build, successfully execute and continuously iterate on the regional go-to-market strategies and the highest potential strategic partnerships. This is a role that will require a balance of creative, strategic and ambitious thinking with strong attention to detail, obsession with clients and data, hands-on attitude and ability to pivot the business and people efficiently. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading business development and/or sales or marketing teams, ideally in the digital advertising space. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and change, excited by the "white" space and driven by targets and your people's success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team of marketing managers to achieve the business goal for quality lead generation, driving new cash activated accounts through scalable marketing initiatives, programs and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan ahead, lead with vision, keep the long-term value in mind and continuously explore new opportunities to drive the tangible business impact.
  • Design and oversee the execution of bespoke marketing campaign solutions working in close partnership with cross functional teams such as Sales, Product, Enterprise marketing teams, to drive demand for TikTok for Business advertising solutions
  • Develop compelling program narratives and sales materials to equip sales teams, supporting seasonal and always-on campaigns, to a variety of audiences (advertisers, agencies, end users)
  • Take initiative, lead by example and be hands-on to tap into opportunities or solve problems whenever needed. Help marketing teams to nurture relationships with high-potential external SMB partners. Own and continuously drive processes and tooling improvement to remove any knowledge, performance and process gaps for the team.
  • Act as the main regional POC for South East Asia, and work closely with global, regional, in-market sales teams and cross functional partners incl. Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, Strategy, Programs and Vendor to identify new business needs and opportunities.
  • Develop a high-performing environment by setting clear and ambitious team goals, supporting and challenging the team to meet and exceed their goals and empowering them to prioritize meaningful breakthroughs.
  • Foster the growth of the team and advance their professional development through coaching, effective feedback and guidance, career planning and ongoing training.
  • Cultivate inclusive and collaborative culture by appreciating diverse and unique viewpoints and actively facilitating collaboration across teams to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of work experience in the digital advertising space
  • More than 4+ years of formal people management experience of a team of 4 or more with demonstrated experience of successfully leading, coaching and inspiring others while driving measurable business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in sales, marketing, new business acquisition/development, b2b strategic partnerships, ideally within the digital marketing space in South East Asia.
  • Strong sales and revenue focus background, with a successful track record of building impactful go-to-market strategies, and owning and delivering quantitative targets
  • Driven self-starter with a can-do attitude and demonstrated ability to creatively and effectively fill operational "white space" to drive results

Mục tiêu của Gishi là sẽ mở rộng Mạng lưới Đại lý ra Toàn quốc sau 2 năm, trước mắt là 10 thị trường trọng điểm bao gồm: Hà Nội, Hải Phòng, Quảng Ninh, Nghệ An, Đà Nẵng, Gia Lai, Sài Gòn, Bình Dương, Đồng Nai và Cần Thơ. Để hiện thực hoá mục tiêu trên, Công ty cần tuyển các nhân sự trẻ, tài năng và nhiệt huyết cho các vị trí thuộc Phòng Marketing, Kinh doanh, Chăm sóc Khách hàng, Hành chính Nhân sự và Kế toán.
