Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, acquire, and maintain a strong customer base.
- Develop and expand business opportunities for import and export freight forwarding services between Vietnam and international destinations.
- Provide detailed information about agents to customers and detailed information about shipment details to agents.
- Track shipments from the moment they are loaded onto ships or aircraft until they arrive at the port or airport.
- Review costs, adjust if necessary, and notify customers of shipments upon receipt of notification from the Documentation department.
- Provide customer support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Transportation, or Economics.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Ocean/Air Freight Sales Representative.
- Experience in customer service; ability to negotiate with customers and subcontractors.
- Dynamic, creative, and eager to learn.
