· Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including customs clearance and freight (ocean, air, and road).

· Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics providers to negotiate contracts and enhance service quality while controlling costs.

· Evaluate and manage vendor performance; implement corrective actions to maintain high service standards.

· Monitor and manage the logistics budget, analyze variances, and lead cost-efficiency initiatives.

· Supervise and guide the logistics team in daily operations, providing problem-solving and strategic support.

· Coordinate with clients on logistics-related matters and ensure smooth handling of import/export shipments.

· Ensure effective communication with both domestic customers and international agents or vendors.

· Monitor service quality, implement cost-control measures, and apply efficient logistics solutions.

· Continuously optimize transportation methods, routing, and frequency to maximize efficiency.

· Train and mentor team members on logistics procedures and best practices.

· Provide weekly reports to the Board of Directors on logistics performance and key developments.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations and management.

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.

· In-depth knowledge of import/export operations and customs regulations in Vietnam.

· Proven ability in team leadership and effective time management.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
