Direct the development of content across all brands, ensuring that each output aligns with brand standards.
Supervise the Content Editor and Graphic Designer and coordinate with freelance creatives on special projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
Align with the Brand Manager and Marketing Operations Manager to coordinate content development and distribution.
Maintain high production standards for all creative assets, upholding consistency across all platforms and reinforcing brand identity.
Oversee the development of high-value materials for each brand, including key visuals, campaign assets, and multimedia content.
Ensure uniform branding and quality across channels.
Lead and inspire a creative team to deliver high-quality content that aligns with Easia Travel’s brand positioning and enhances market differentiation.
Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Marketing Operations team to ideate and execute campaigns that resonate globally.
Lead special projects and introduce content solutions that enhance brand engagement.
- Language: Fluent English, proficiency in a second language such as French, German, Italian or Spanish is an advantage
- Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), video editing, and visual storytelling is essential. Familiarity with web design tools such as Figma and Carrd is highly advantageous.
Strong project management skills to oversee complex projects and manage both internal and freelance resources.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years in a creative management role, with experience in multimedia projects and team development.
Experience managing a team and coordinating with freelancers and agencies to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects
