About Us:

Elite Fitness Vietnam is a premium fitness center chain dedicated to delivering world-class fitness experiences. We're seeking a strategic Marketing Director to elevate our brand presence in the Vietnamese market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Elite Fitness's premium positioning

- Lead brand development initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all channels

- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and content strategy

- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team

- Create and optimize customer acquisition and retention programs

- Plan and execute high-profile events and partnerships

- Manage marketing budget and ROI analysis

- Collaborate with sales teams to drive membership growth

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Required Qualifications:

- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles

- Proven track record in premium or luxury brand marketing

- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred

- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese luxury market landscape

- Excellent team leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Preferred Experience:

- Digital marketing expertise, including social media and influencer marketing

- Experience in customer journey optimization and CRM

- Track record of successful marketing campaigns in Vietnam

- Understanding of fitness industry trends and consumer behavior
