About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam – who is ready to make an impact with us. As a Recruitment Partner in a leading software organization, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, driving innovative recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless experience from job brief to candidate placement. About You

To be the best fit for this role, you should have 2 to 4 years of proven end-to-end recruitment experience in IT industry, including direct headhunting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Vietnamese and English)
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders and challenge the status quo.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using data and industry knowledge to negotiate and influence.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities.
• Innovative mindset with a curiosity for doing things differently.
• Solid understanding of business and Team-oriented and driven.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job briefs, compelling job ads, sourcing, headhunting, phone screens, and shortlisting.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and act as the main point of contact for candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and other relevant steps, ensuring smooth handovers with HR in Oracle.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels and keep recruitment systems accurate and up-to-date.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, representing the Hansen brand positively.
• Educate hiring managers on best practices, leveraging data for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the TA and HR Global team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
